Jonathan Longworth
Jonathan is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at ONE23WEST, where he plays a central role in guiding the agency’s operations and ensuring strong client partnerships. With more than 30 years of experience, he has helped organizations across travel and tourism, entertainment, government, health and wellness, not-for-profit, and sports develop their brands and grow their business. Jonathan works closely with senior client leadership teams to ensure that strategies are not only creative but also deliver measurable business impact.
He has been instrumental in shaping some of the most significant brand initiatives in Canadian tourism, including leading the revitalization of Destination BC’s brand platform, developed through extensive decade-long strategic work and industry consultation. Jonathan also played a key role in advancing Seattle Southside Tourism’s brand. His client experience includes Rocky Mountaineer, Fairmont Resorts, Vancouver Aquarium, Vancouver Art Gallery, BCLC (BC Lottery Corporation), McDonald’s, lululemon, and Bell Canada.
Before co-founding ONE23WEST, Jonathan held senior roles at Cossette Toronto and Dare Vancouver, and served as Managing Partner of Altius Sport Marketing for six years, where he led marketing strategy development for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games. His career reflects a consistent ability to integrate brand strategy with operational execution, creating platforms that drive both brand strength and business growth.
