Bryan serves as Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at ONE23WEST, where he oversees and contributes to creative development from concept through execution alongside his long-time creative partner, Rob. Recognized as one of the top Creative Directors in Canada and formerly ranked the #2 Copywriter in the country, Bryan brings a career defined by bold ideas, innovative use of media, and a commitment to building compelling brand stories.
Before co-founding ONE23WEST in Vancouver and later helping expand the team in Toronto, Bryan held senior creative roles at leading agencies Cossette and Rethink. Over the course of three decades, he has guided brand strategy and developed award-winning campaigns across categories including healthcare, financial services, and travel & tourism. His client experience includes BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC), Coast Capital Savings, BC Securities Commission, CAA, McDonald’s, Real Canadian Superstore, Rocky Mountaineer, and Seattle Southside Tourism.
His work has been recognized internationally at Cannes, D&AD, and the One Show, and he has spoken on the Grand Audi Stage at the Cannes Lions Festival along with Scot Keith, where their presentation was ranked among the top five of the entire event.
