Tina leads Brighton’s 50 person-strong team with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and cultivating a dynamic workplace culture. As a servant leader, she balances her executive responsibilities with hands-on account management for several key clients, ensuring Brighton’s signature “extra-mile” service stays front and center.

A proud graduate of Florida State University, Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics before launching her career at Accenture—a global consulting powerhouse of 75,000 employees. Over a decade at Accenture, she rose from systems and business consultant to Global HR Business Process Director, mastering the art of solving complex challenges at scale.

Post-Accenture, Tina founded HRCounts, a boutique consulting firm where she first connected with Brighton as a client. By 2005, she had joined the Brighton team as COO, and in January 2009, she acquired the company—ushering in an era of transformative growth.

Since stepping into the leadership role, Tina has steered Brighton to a remarkable 300% growth, fueled by a relentless commitment to hiring top talent and fostering client partnerships that drive success.
