Scot spent many years in Toronto leading several of the top advertising agencies in Canada before returning home to co-found ONE23WEST as CEO / President. With an Advertising Diploma from Mohawk College, where he was recognized with the Alumni of Distinction Award and named one of the top 40 graduates in the school’s 40-year history, Scot has built a career defined by entrepreneurial leadership, creative innovation, and brand-building excellence.
Over the course of his career, Scot has guided work for leading organizations including Canada Media Fund, Bell Canada, Rogers, BC Lottery Corporation (BCLC), Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BCAA, CAA, Kal Tire, Les Schwab, Labatt Breweries, Coca-Cola, and Aquamar Seafood. He has been a featured speaker at conferences around the world, sharing ONE23WEST’s unique and successful business model, including twice at the Cannes Lions Festival, and his work has been recognized with more than 500 industry awards. Strategy Magazine named Scot a “Next Generation Marketing Icon,” underscoring his influence as both a leader and a champion of new approaches to building brands.
