Rob Sweetman
Rob is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at ONE23WEST, where he leads the development of brand platforms and campaigns, overseeing creative work from initial concept through to final delivery alongside his creative partner, Bryan Collins. Known for his ability to shape ideas into bold, award-winning campaigns, Rob brings both vision and hands-on leadership to every project.
Over the course of his career, Rob has been recognized as the top awarded Art Director in Canada three times by Strategy Magazine and has received more than 2,000 awards for creativity. His work has been showcased on programs including Ellen, The Maury Povich Show, and TBS’ World’s Funniest Commercials. He has developed campaigns across nearly every industry, with experience spanning healthcare, media, retail, and sport. His client work includes BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, Canada Media Fund, BCAA, Real Canadian Superstore, Plenty of Fish, Hockey Canada, and BC Dairy & Alberta Milk.
