Hazem is a highly accomplished senior executive and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience, combining fast-tracked corporate leadership with entrepreneurial success. His career is distinguished by a unique blend of roles at global blue-chip companies—including Procter & Gamble, Henkel, and Clorox—and over a decade of founding and leading award-winning creative and media agencies.
Throughout his career, Hazem has consistently demonstrated the ability to create competitive advantage for both emerging and mature brands. His expertise in developing innovative, market-defining strategies has revitalized established brands and launched new ones to global prominence. Under his leadership, brands have achieved significant growth in revenues and profitability, with campaigns that have earned international recognition and awards.
Hazem’s journey began at Procter & Gamble, where he quickly made his mark in managing oral care and laundry detergent brands. His remarkable success in launching Henkel’s detergent and cosmetics brands in Egypt led to his promotion as Henkel’s youngest-ever Marketing Director, setting a global corporate record. His reputation for delivering results only grew when he transitioned to the U.S., where he led the marketing of Clorox and Dial Corporation before being appointed Vice President of Marketing for Henkel North America—again setting a global record for the youngest executive in this role.
As an entrepreneur, Hazem has founded and currently leads multiple globally recognized marketing consultancy and communications firms. These organizations are known for their ability to unlock growth, shape market leadership, and deliver world-class creative and media solutions that provide clients with a competitive edge.
