Carlos Sanz de Andino is the founding partner and Chief Creative Officer of Darwin & Verne, where he leads the agency’s creative vision and output. A widely awarded creative director with a strategic mindset, Carlos has shaped campaigns for leading brands across diverse industries—earning recognition at the world’s most prestigious advertising festivals.
His work has been celebrated at Cannes Lions, EFFIE, CdeC, El Sol, Eurobest, Ojo de Iberoamérica, New York Festivals, Epica, John Caples Awards, and the ECHO Awards, where he was honored with the Grand Diamond, the festival’s top distinction.
Carlos combines his creative vocation with a sharp business perspective. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E2) and has pursued further studies in creativity and digital innovation at institutions such as ISDI, the New York Film Academy, Madrid Content School, and EFTI.
A lifelong learner, he believes that “you must remain a student before claiming to be a master”—a principle that continues to fuel his curiosity, ambition, and creativity.
