about

Assemble Studio - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

As the CEO and Founder of Assemble, a leading production agency that delivers best-in-class creative production and web development services for custom digital campaigns, Scott is a true visionary and a natural team leader, differentiated by an empathy and honesty that has a remarkable impact on every employee and client interaction. He’s known for his ability to conceive bold ideas grounded in truth and in purpose, utilizing an excellent intuition and holistic mindset.

He co-founded Assemble with Managing Partner, Geudy Marin Solis, and Co-Founder/COO and wife, Kristy Rothenberger, in 2017 with the goal of building the best creative production agency in the world; one where its people are given the tools and opportunity to grow and develop and be the very best version of themselves, while providing a solution to production problems that pervade the advertising industry. He’s brought together some of the most talented developers and designers from across LATAM, attempting to reconstruct the tough production narrative by leveraging proprietary technology and fusing exceptional quality, efficiency, empathy, and trust in every deliverable.

Scott is a battle-tested entrepreneur, successfully launching, developing, and exiting Armor, a digitally-focused agency which provided broader strategy, design, and execution prior to Assemble. He brought with him previous experiences in account management and client partnerships from agencies across Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington, D.C., where he managed brands such as American Express, T-Mobile, Charles Schwab, New Line Cinema, Rémy Martin, The Guggenheim Museum, Sprout, and AstraZeneca.

Outside of the digital marketing world, Scott also fulfills his pioneering spirit through leadership roles in various organizations and nonprofits in which he is extremely passionate about driving meaningful change. That includes his own non-profit program, OurCocina, which teaches English as a second language (ESL) to Spanish-speaking employees in the restaurant and hospitality industries. He’s also a member of the Hospitality and Corporate Council for Broad Street, a Leadership Philadelphia alum, and a Board Member, committee member, Mentor and Teen program coordinator for the Philadelphia Ad Club. And if he wasn’t keeping busy enough, Scott also runs Mindful Mondays as a co-founder of Mentally Fit Philly, which brings Mindfulness training to beginners within the area.
