As managing director, Rogier is part of the three-man team enabling more than 100 highly driven and skilled creative professionals. A true digital craftsman working in agile multidisciplinary teams with more than 15 years of entrepreneurial development and digital marketing expertise, Rogier will continue to drive and develop TRIMM’s B2B marketing proposition in global markets and support the Digital Business Development (DBD) of international clients such as Nexperia, Philips Lighting OEM, DSM and DAMCO.   

His crafts include: continuous development and exploration of new digital marketing opportunities; contributing to strategic international positioning; building multidisciplinary teams in demanding, highly complex, global environments; and driving a pioneering spirit.  

His specialties include: digital business development; strategic and tactical marketing; and building high-performance creative teams.

Rogier holds a bachelor degree in International Business and Marketing from the Hanze University of Applied Science.
