Kristy Rothenberger

Co-Founder & COO

about

Assemble Studio - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Throughout a 20-year career in account management and agency operations, Kristy has combined an enthusiasm for problem solving, a unique mastery of analytics, and an exceptionally creative eye to be an unrivaled asset to her clients and team members. As the Co-Founder and COO of Assemble, she’s a vital force in creating harmony across all the company’s operations behind the scenes that translates seamlessly to their client experiences.

Fueled by a passion for continuous improvement and obsession with efficiency, Kristy has the unique ability to break down any complex problem and engineer a unique solution — including the construction of Assemble’s digital project management system, which is responsible for the company’s entire business analysis and CRM functionality. In the day-to-day, she is a skilled planner and communicator who guides their team members proactively to meaningful solutions. With a positive attitude and strong belief that there is always an alternative to “no” when problem solving, Kristy’s mantra with her team is: it’s only ok to say no if we offer an alternative solution.

Graduating from Villanova University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing she quickly made an impact in the marketing space by single handedly bringing top clients into the digital age with the development of a first website for a traditional client, managing every component from user experience to design, from concept to launch.

Kristy then discovered her niche and honed her project management skills at a digital-only agency in New York, working primarily with consumer brands, such as NIVEA, before helping found and establish a new home at Assemble with husband and co-founder, Scott Peters, and partner, Geudy Marin Solis. All the while, she continued to feed her creative side by running her own hand painted glassware business.

Only second to Kristy’s passion for digital production is that of the beach and the ocean, having grown up spending summers in the Virgin Islands, she was scuba diving at 13 and obtained her PADI Scuba Instructors certification at the age of 20. Now, she shares that joy with her family, as a licensed boater vacationing at the Jersey shore and other tropical destinations whenever the opportunity arises.
