In his 20 years in media and digital, Dim’s single focus has been to maximise the impact of his clients' interactions with their audience. With this same intent, in 2015 Dim successfully co-founded and launched LeapFrogger—a direct-to-brand digital offering for companies in Australia. He and his co-founders then went on to create LeapOut Digital. with a marketing offering for brands wanting to reach southeast Asia and a resource offering for global agencies looking to bolster their digital capabilities.
Within the companies he leads and the brands they interact with, Dim and his team’s primary focus is maximising business results through digitally lead innovation.
