Empowering Global Collaboration
about
Imagemakers Inc. - Wamego, Kansas, USA
At the age of 16, Dan started his career at a graphic design firm in Kansas City. Mentors created early opportunities for him to explore pre-press, studio photography, film production and post-production, infographics for a daily newspaper, and website development.
In 2001, he founded Imagemakers, an award-winning UX, digital design, and development agency. Their passionate team of strategists, designers and programmers conduct observational research, design digital experiences and build custom technology platforms (IoT, apps, websites), informed by a deep understanding of brand and positioning.
He has guided thousands of successful projects at the agency for clients like Champion Sportswear, the City of Dallas, and Kansas State University. He loves a big challenge—especially if the client brings a unique vision and wants to make the world a better place.
Having spent time throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Northern Africa and South America, he loves to travel and learn from different cultures about connection, mass communication, and the experience of being human.
Dan serves on the Strategic Planning Steering Committee for the Kansas Creative Arts Industries Commission and the K-State Industry Advisory Board.
He lives in Wamego, Kansas, with his partner Angela and two young children, Ava and Hudson.
