The network has a new example of a successful agency transition plan. Louie Laurent, the owner of ZLRIGNITION in Iowa, has just handed over the reins of the agency to Xan McNelly, a former employee. Xan became the new President and CEO on January 1st, 2017. Louie will stay on for a further three years as Chairman of the Board and focus his daily work on branding and strategy for clients.
