ICOM member agency Pavone Marketing Group, with offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Chicago, has announced the acquisition of Manhattan-based Eastwest Marketing Group, strengthening PMG’s presence in New York and expanding its wide range of services. The move marks the fourth acquisition in the past three years for PMG.
For over 30 years, Eastwest Marketing Group has built a reputation as an agency with a “boutique-like mindset and agility,” offering promotion marketing and shopper service-line services. According to PMG Director of Communications Lisa Corry-Godby, Eastwest’s agility and marketing clout paired with Pavone’s CPG experience is a natural benefit for existing clients.
The marketing services PMG will gain from Eastwest Marketing Group include kids marketing, promotion planning and execution, package design, direct marketing, and branding. Additionally, PMG’s food and beverage agency, Quench, is set to benefit significantly, with shopper, POS, and promotion service lines now even stronger due to this acquisition. For Eastwest Marketing Group, the move expands the group’s client base, with access to PMG’s trio of industry-focused agencies in numerous areas including retail, financial services, retirement living, and many more.
Eastwest Marketing Group employs 12 full-time staff members and boasts an active client roster, including Ritz, Oreo, and Lysol, among others.
