Darwin & Verne reimagines Correos, Spain’s national postal service, with a bold public value campaign

“From: Everyone. To: Everyone.” With this compelling message, Madrid-based ICOM member agency Darwin & Verne has launched its first campaign for Correos—Spain’s national postal service and one of its most recognized institutions.

The campaign marks a powerful start to Darwin & Verne’s newly awarded consolidated account with Correos. It introduces a strategic repositioning rooted in public service and everyday relevance, spotlighting Correos’ expanded role in Spanish society and business as outlined in its 2024–2028 Strategic Plan.

Inspired by the classic postal format “From:/To:”, the new brand concept captures both the universal reach and human connection that define Correos. The campaign unfolds through 17 cinematic vignettes, each highlighting a core offering—from enabling e-commerce exports for small businesses to facilitating rural money transfers and delivering fresh food via specialized logistics.

Darwin & Verne’s storytelling approach is grounded in authenticity, portraying relatable moments that reflect how Correos supports and simplifies daily life across Spain. Produced by Antiestático and directed by Christopher Cartagena, the content strikes a warm, inclusive, and emotionally resonant tone.

This is Darwin & Verne’s first major campaign for Correos and a testament to the agency’s growing influence within Spain’s communications landscape. Media planning is led by Universal McCann, with the campaign reaching audiences across video on demand, cinema, radio, digital, social media, outdoor, and Correos branches.
