My role for ICOM: The opportunities in the region are as diverse culturally as they are geographically. I am fortunate to take on this role with an already strong ICOM presence and am looking forward to facilitating more cross-border opportunities between brands and countries. Being located in the middle of the Pacific is a huge advantage, strategically between two vast commercial powerhouses, North America and Asia-Pacific, the latter a region spanning from China, Japan and Korea in the north, to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia in the south, and India in the west. My goal is to lay a stronger foundation for the region by recruiting a variety of like-minded agencies willing to grow the network while seeking more cross-border opportunities within the region, as well as connecting with the rest of the globe through our ICOM partners.

The professional accomplishment I’m proudest of... are those that seemed impossible to achieve at first, but eventually came around when everyone pulled together in the same direction.

A local custom I like… is the Aloha spirit. It’s more than a greeting or an expression of love or caring in Hawaii. It is more than. It is a way of life that connects the land, the people, the culture, and our common values.
