The familiarity and natural feeling that TOTO possesses was fully expressed. This is a promotion that differentiates TOTO from the competitor and brings TOTO’s unique character to the forefront. As shown in the appeal in the movie, TOTO’s promotion also includes modes other than the mist shower.

Execution

The catchphrase “TOTONOU” is derived from the Japanese word “整う (totonou),” which means to reach a good state both mentally and physically, or to achieve a balanced, ideal condition.

In recent years, Japan has experienced a sauna boom, and it has become common to use the word “整う” to express the refreshing feeling and mental and physical rejuvenation after a sauna session.

ADEX has incorporated this concept of “整う” from sauna culture to convey the comfort and beauty benefits obtained through the use of their shower heads.

Results

The naming development, creation of product taglines, production of promotional videos, and design of in-store POP materials all met the client’s requirements, successfully achieving the goal of covering the entire promotional process—from brand awareness through to purchase.
