VivaPets is an international e-commerce brand specialising in pet products. The company aimed to accelerate customer acquisition in Asian markets while strengthening its position in existing ones. The main goal was to scale the business through a data-driven Google Ads strategy, maximising ROI and ensuring effective account management.

The Solution
As a certified export agency and partner of the Google International Growth Program, Wise Pirates led VivaPets’ transition from Google Smart Shopping to Performance Max Campaigns, leveraging enhanced automation and granular control. Focusing on the goal of “Maximise Conversion Value” and transactions, the solution relied on machine learning to drive revenue growth.
Test campaigns were launched across several Asian markets, based on organic indicators and Google Analytics data. Last Click analysis helped identify high-potential markets such as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
We implemented a multichannel feed management system that automatically segments products based on each SKU’s performance, optimising the Merchant Center locally.
This technical layer was key to overcoming both cultural and operational challenges when entering new markets.

The Results
Comparing the period from May to August with September to December, results showed significant growth:
+54.02% increase in users
+5.32% increase in e-commerce conversion rate
+63.35% increase in number of transactions
+76.79% growth in revenue
The data-driven approach, combined with technical expertise and deep knowledge of the target markets, was crucial to the performance achieved and remains the foundation of VivaPets’ expansion strategy.
