Approach

We began by conducting strategic brand workshops to define a clear, future-ready positioning for Schoeller Werk. The brand narrative emphasized the company’s dual strengths: technological leadership and a human-centered approach. We developed a modern corporate design system, unified visual language, and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

The centerpiece of the project was a full website relaunch with an intuitive, user-focused design and compelling content aimed at both B2B customers and potential employees. In parallel, we created a company brochure, employer branding assets, a cinematic image film, and modular social media templates for ongoing brand communication.
