Kalon is a consultancy founded in 2013, known for helping businesses rethink operations and systems. Over time, they had built credibility and a team of ~23 but were facing challenges scaling beyond word-of-mouth leads.

Approach & execution

Discovery & Assessment
Switch initiated the engagement with a 20‑point audit to identify gaps in messaging, positioning, and internal alignment. That was followed by a two‑day in‑person discovery session (in the U.S.), during which Switch and Kalon co‑created foundational insights and allowed for deeper alignment.

Brand Foundation & Catalyst Engagement
Using the insights from discovery, Switch led Kalon through their Catalyst methodology, adapted into a focused two‑month track to prioritize the most critical issues. Together, they formalized Kalon’s purpose, values, personality, tone, and clarified their target audiences.

Integration & Execution
Switch and Kalon created a seamless working collaboration — the Switch team supplemented Kalon’s internal creative capacity, aligning systems so work continued smoothly even during absences. Internally, Kalon instituted forums and leadership alignment sessions; externally, they began messaging with more authenticity and consistency.
