Client and Sector

Client: Multipharma — one of Belgium’s leading pharmacy cooperatives, bringing together approximately 243 pharmacies supported by 1,800 employees, including 620 pharmacists. The organization combines a national network with a modern logistics infrastructure to deliver accessible and high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Sector: Pharmacy / primary healthcare, with a mission to provide approachable, professional, and patient-centered pharmaceutical services across the country.

Challenge

What do you do when you’re feeling unwell, but it doesn’t feel serious enough to see a doctor?

Many people are unsure where to turn for advice on everyday health concerns. The challenge was to reaffirm the pharmacist’s role as a trusted and accessible healthcare provider — especially in cases of minor but bothersome symptoms.

Approach

The “Let’s Talk Health” campaign was designed to reopen the conversation between patients and their pharmacist. It emphasized that Multipharma pharmacists are not only close to home, but also highly qualified and available to help — no appointment needed.

The campaign encouraged people to see their pharmacist as a first point of contact for reliable, everyday health advice.

Execution

Launched in November 2022 with a custom radio jingle to create a recognizable auditory identity.

Rolled out across DOOH, social media, online video, and point-of-sale materials in pharmacies.

Supported by an iVOX study, which revealed that while many Belgians hesitate to talk about their health, they trust their pharmacist’s advice — a key insight that shaped the campaign messaging.

A public relations push was also led by the Evoke agency to amplify reach and media visibility.

Results

Strong visibility across both digital and traditional media platforms.

Helped build trust and familiarity between pharmacists and patients, reinforcing the role of Multipharma in day-to-day healthcare.

Strengthened brand positioning as a caring, accessible, and professional first-line health partner for all Belgians.
