It was crucial to identify, based on concrete data, the most promising countries to scale the business sustainably, maximising ROI from the very start. The Solution

As a Google International Growth Program certified agency, Wise Pirates developed a data-driven approach using Google tools:

1. Google Market Explorer and Google Trends to analyse search volume, competition, interest by destination, and eSIM technology across more than 20 countries;

2. Gemini Advanced (Google’s AI model) to cross-analyse search data, culture, competitiveness, language, and digital maturity to create a scoring system by country, segmented by priority tiers;

3. Performance Max and Smart Bidding to launch highly optimised campaigns across high-performing channels, driving conversions from day one;

4. Automated translation and localisation, using internal AI models to ensure speed, cultural relevance, and consistency in the user experience;

5. Advanced audience targeting, focusing on users with high purchase intent based on the intersection of travel destination searches and eSIM usage.
