Duplicates – Factorial

Map Pin

Factorial, Europe’s leading business management software, launched Factorial One, an AI-powered agent designed to support managers, HR, and finance teams in their daily workflows. To introduce this innovation, we created “Duplicates,” an international campaign deployed across five markets. The creative concept uses a simple yet striking human metaphor to demonstrate how AI can multiply a leader’s impact—without doubling their effort.

Client and Sector

Factorial operates in the HR Tech and business management software sector, serving companies looking to streamline internal processes and improve organizational efficiency. With the launch of Factorial One, the brand expands its positioning from a software provider to an intelligent business partner.

Challenge

Factorial needed a launch campaign that would:

Clearly communicate the practical, everyday value of Factorial One.

Avoid the common clichés surrounding AI and automation.

Position AI not as a replacement for leaders, but as a force that empowers them to focus on what truly matters — people, strategy, and growth.

The challenge required a creative idea that felt human, relatable, and visually distinctive, while still conveying technological innovation.

Approach

We centered the campaign on a universal insight: when workloads escalate, it feels like you would need to clone yourself to keep up. From this idea emerged “Duplicates,” a metaphor that personifies the experience of working with Factorial One.

The “duplicates” in the campaign are not actual clones, but symbolic representations of the AI agent — working smoothly in parallel with the user, taking on administrative and repetitive tasks so leaders can regain time and clarity.

The strategy focused on:
Human-first storytelling, emphasizing empowerment rather than replacement.
Visual simplicity with emotional impact, allowing the metaphor to communicate instantly.
A tone that blends humor and realism, making the technology approachable across diverse audiences.

Execution

The campaign was produced in six languages (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and German) and adapted for key international markets.

We developed:

Three 40” hero spots (with 15” cutdowns), each tailored to a specific professional role:
– HR Manager
– Finance Lead
– Business Director

A teaser film released ahead of the launch to build anticipation.

A suite of digital adaptations for social platforms and online placements.

Across all pieces, the narrative showed professionals navigating their day with multiple “duplicates” helping them tackle tasks in parallel — a clear, engaging demonstration of how Factorial One integrates into real workflows.

The visual language was grounded in everyday office scenarios, while the direction leaned on light humor and relatability. This balance reinforced the message: AI isn’t here to replace you — it’s here to enhance what you do best.

The global English version served as the campaign’s lead asset, ensuring consistency for the worldwide rollout.

Results

Although results are still emerging, the campaign has already:

Strengthened Factorial’s positioning as a human-centric AI innovator.

Provided a distinctive, ownable creative concept for the brand’s international presence.

Facilitated seamless deployment across multiple languages and regions.

If you have specific performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR, leads…), I can integrate them to strengthen this section.

Takeaways

“Duplicates” marks an evolution in Factorial’s communication, shifting the narrative from overwhelmed managers to empowered leaders. The campaign demonstrates that AI’s true value lies not in replacing human capabilities, but in multiplying them.

Through a clear strategic insight and a powerful visual metaphor, this project establishes a blueprint for how technology brands can speak about AI in a more human, relatable, and emotionally resonant way.
