At Darwin & Verne, we partnered with Correos—Spain’s national postal and parcel service provider—at a pivotal moment: the launch of its 2024–2028 Strategic Plan. Our goal was to position Correos as an essential public service for citizens across the country, reinforcing its relevance and broad product offering with a new brand platform.

Challenge
With the unveiling of its new strategic roadmap, Correos needed to reaffirm its role as a vital, nationwide service provider while communicating its evolution and innovation to a broad and diverse public.

Approach
We developed a unifying brand concept based on the familiar “From:/To:” format used in mail delivery. The result:
“From: everyone. To: everyone.”
(“De: tod+s. Para: tod+s.”)
This inclusive and powerful message captures Correos’ nature as a public company that belongs to and serves everyone in Spain. The concept became the heart of a fully integrated campaign.

Execution
The campaign launched with two hero spots (45” and 30”) introducing the new positioning, followed by a series of 17 audiovisual pieces, each highlighting a specific product or service aligned with the strategic plan’s pillars: Parcels, Financial Services, Administrative Support, Human Capital, and more.
Produced by Antiestático and directed by Christopher Cartagena, the films take a warm, grounded tone. They portray relatable micro-stories from everyday life across Spain, showing how Correos supports individuals and businesses—especially where other providers fall short.

Impact and Channels
This was Darwin & Verne’s first campaign after winning the Correos account in a competitive pitch, consolidating creative under one agency. Media planning was handled by Universal McCann.
The campaign rolled out across TV, VOD, cinema, radio, social media, digital (video, banners, graphics), outdoor, and physical branch locations—ensuring comprehensive visibility across Spain.
