Challenge
As Germany’s largest beverage manufacturer, Coca-Cola manages a diverse portfolio of 12 soft drink brands with over 4.1 billion litres sold annually. The objective was to support above-the-line brand advertising with targeted, on-the-ground activation – by physically bringing the product to the consumer and driving trial, awareness, and purchase.

Approach
We developed a series of sustainable sampling and tasting campaigns, designed to highlight both the product’s quality and its refreshing appeal.
Special attention was paid to presentation standards, product temperature, hygiene, and brand alignment – ensuring each consumer interaction felt premium and well-executed.
The campaign setup, staff training, and consumer approach were tailored individually to each product and campaign objective.
Sampling locations ranged from grocery stores and public spaces to unconventional settings like bus stops, company canteens, and residential areas.
Execution
All deployments were closely coordinated with Coca-Cola’s sales team, local retailers, and public authorities.
We handled full logistics including transportation, cold chain management, and branded equipment.
With up to 30 teams operating simultaneously and up to 4,000 manpower days annually, the campaign structure was highly scalable.
Each team member could achieve up to 800 high-quality consumer contacts per day.
