October 14, 2025 — ICOM, the global network of independent marketing and communications agencies, today unveiled a dynamic new visual identity and website. The refresh marks a new chapter for ICOM, aligning its brand and digital presence with the needs and ambitions of today’s independent agencies—and bringing the network’s collaborative spirit and global reach into sharper focus.
Built by agencies, for agencies, ICOM has long championed the strength of independence united by global connection. This transformation was guided by the same principle—collaboration. Working with its Strategic Planning Committee and experts from across the network, ICOM reimagined its brand, website, and voice —uniting strategy, creativity and purpose—around one defining idea: Connect to Grow.
“This is more than a redesign—it’s a celebration of everything that makes ICOM unique: our people, our diversity, and our belief in the power of connection,” said Emma Keenan, ICOM President and CEO. “We set out to create a brand experience that reflects who we are today and where we’re headed—one that captures the collective spirit and creative energy driving independent agencies around the world.”
From insight to execution, the project was a global collaboration at its finest, with four member agencies leading key aspects of the transformation and bringing their unique expertise and creativity to the process—supported by eight additional agencies that contributed during the strategic planning phase.
- Imagemakers (USA) led web development, tying systems together into a digital home that’s not only beautiful but built to grow with us.
- AD Angels (Estonia) brought a bold, creative vision to life with a new visual identity that’s modern, timeless, and undeniably ICOM.
- Switch (Malta) shaped the tone of voice, crafting messaging that captures ICOM’s values.
- Espace M (Canada) ensured the site performs as powerfully as it presents, guiding smart SEO and user experience decisions.
