Ariel Thai Heide

Ariel Thai Heide is Customer Accounting Analyst at Blumer, supporting ICOM’s financial operations and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day management of the network’s accounting processes. She began her career as a General Manager before discovering a passion for accounting.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has since built extensive experience managing financial operations across a range of organisations. She is highly skilled in cloud-based accounting systems and is committed to delivering accurate, efficient and reliable financial support.

Known for her collaborative approach and willingness to help, Ariel enjoys solving complex problems and continuously expanding her expertise through professional development.

Outside work, Ariel lives near San Antonio, Texas, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering with local food banks, fostering rescue dogs, and discovering new music – always with a good cup of coffee close by.
