Paprika Global has been appointed the Agency of Record for the provision of branding and recruitment publicity for the Defence Executive Officer (DXO) scheme, following a competitive pitch. The ICOM agency is tasked for a firm period of two years to ensure the competitiveness of the scheme in attracting talent to join the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).
This appointment comes hot on the heels of another win for the team: the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). The agency is tasked to conceptualise and execute integrated communications campaigns for the MPA’s two annual landmark events, Singapore Maritime Week 2019 and Maritime Singapore 2019.
These wins were issued under the Whole of Government framework agreement. Appointed by the Ministry of Communications and Information, Paprika Global is part of a panel of 39 agencies that supports all government communications efforts through the provision of creative services.
