View AllICOM Welcomes Trekuartista, Bringing Kosovo Into the Global Network for the First Time
ICOM, the global network of independent marketing and communications agencies, today announces the addition of Trekuartista—one of Southeast Europe’s most dynamic independent creative agencies—marking the network’s first representation in Kosovo.
Founded 12 years ago and headquartered in Prishtina, Trekuartista has grown into an agency with a strong regional reputation and a clear appetite for international growth. The agency’s entrepreneurial culture, creative output, and trajectory in a young, fast-evolving market make it a compelling addition to a network built on the belief that independent agencies are stronger and more capable together.
At the helm are two co-founders whose paths to agency leadership are as distinctive as the market they operate in. Bardh Krasniqi, Managing Director, brings a competitor’s instinct and a builder’s mindset—shaped in part by a career as a professional basketball player in Kosovo, and reflected today in his parallel role as Director of Sports & Marketing for Prishtina. Arian Ahmeti, Creative Director, brings over two decades of experience in graphic design, branding, and visual communication, with an artistic sensibility rooted in a lifelong immersion in visual culture. Together, they lead an agency where strategic ambition and creative rigour are equally weighted
That builder’s mindset is reflected in how Trekuartista is structured. The agency operates as a fully integrated creative group, with in-house capabilities spanning video production (Trekuartista Studios), digital printing (Trekuartista Printing), and event organisation and infrastructure through Octo Events. This end-to-end model, from concept to full production to live experience, sets the agency apart in the Kosovo and regional market, and gives ICOM members a distinctive new partner in Southeast Europe.
The agency’s portfolio speaks to that ambition. Trekuartista has created campaigns for Team Kosovo at both the Rio 2016 and Paris 2024 Summer Olympics. Most recently they led the campaign, visual identity, and event organisation for the European Esports Championship 2025, which was hosted in Kosovo for the first time, with 26 participating countries, and recognised by the International Esports Federation as one of the best regional championship campaigns.
“Kosovo is a young, energetic market that has been building its creative and commercial identity at pace,” said Emma Keenan, President and CEO of ICOM. “Trekuartista reflects exactly that energy—entrepreneurial, ambitious, and thinking well beyond its borders. We’re proud to welcome them into the network, and equally proud that ICOM now has a presence in Kosovo for the first time.”
Leon Dominitz, ICOM’s Regional Director Europe, added: “Kosovo is one of the most underestimated markets in Europe, but that’s changing quickly. What’s happening there is not just growth, but the emergence of a new generation of agencies building with ambition and speed. Trekuartista has been part of that shift from the beginning. Welcoming them to ICOM strengthens our network by adding a distinctive perspective and opening up new opportunities for collaboration across markets.”
For Bardh Krasniqi, the decision to join ICOM was grounded in what connection can unlock. “What drew us to ICOM are the people and agencies behind it. Different cultures and different mindsets, but with the same passion for creativity and genuine collaboration. We come from a fast-moving, young country where creativity has to work in real life, and we believe that perspective adds something different to the table. For Trekuartista, this is an important step into a bigger international chapter with new collaborations, new markets and new ambitions while staying true to who we are. And for Kosovo, it’s a meaningful moment: the first time our country is represented inside a global creative network.”
Trekuartista joins ICOM at a significant moment, with the agency’s leadership set to attend their first ICOM World Meeting in Porto this May, where they’ll have a chance to meet the members in person and experience first-hand what the network makes possible.
The addition of Trekuartista reflects ICOM’s continued commitment to expanding into underrepresented and emerging markets, ensuring the network truly mirrors the diversity and dynamism of the global marketing landscape.
