Challenge

As part of its commitment to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Telekom Deutschland wanted to strengthen its digital offering by launching a new product family under the umbrella brand ‘MagentaBusiness WebServices’. The goal was to position Telekom not just as an infrastructure provider, but as a true partner for entrepreneurs — offering bundled solutions for web presence, hosting, e-commerce, VR, and local visibility.

The challenge involved not only naming and branding the new offering but also building a compelling creative framework for its go-to-market strategy — one that would speak directly to SME pain points and stand out in a highly competitive digital services landscape.

Approach

The first step was to develop a name that would reflect Telekom’s SME commitment while aligning with its brand architecture.

‘MagentaBusiness WebServices’ struck the right balance between clarity, consistency, and professional positioning.

Building on this, we developed a communication and visual identity concept anchored in the core idea: visibility. The campaign slogan, “Finally being seen” (“Endlich gesehen werden”), captured the emotional and functional benefits of Telekom’s offer for small businesses.

A strong key visual concept was created and brought to life through a comprehensive photo shoot, tailored to reflect diverse business types, authentic working environments, and Telekom’s human-centric brand character.

Execution

We produced a full range of communication materials for the product launch:

Sales and pitch documents
Print folders and flyers
Paid advertising materials

All visuals and messaging were optimized for Telekom’s corporate design and adaptable across touchpoints. The materials emphasized simplicity, clarity, and immediate value — key considerations for SME audiences.

Results

With a unified naming and visual identity, the ‘MagentaBusiness WebServices’ campaign successfully launched Telekom’s extended service offering to its SME customer base. The “Finally being seen” message resonated strongly, positioning Telekom as an empathetic enabler of small business success — not just a service provider. The campaign helped reinforce Telekom’s image as a close partner to SMEs in the digital space.
