ROLLINSVILLE, COLORADO (USA)–ICOM<\/a>, a leading global network of independent advertising and marketing communications agencies, is expanding its presence in China by appointing its second agency on the mainland, O&R Communications Group , based in Beijing. ICOM\u2019s other member in China is Rayken Brand Communication, based in Guangzhou.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn this vast and fast-growing market we need to offer our clients multiple capabilities, product experiences and office locations as we do in the U.S,\u201d said ICOM Executive Director Gary Burandt. \u00a0\u201cWe communicated with a number of agencies looking for the right member to complement the resources of Rayken.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rayken is based in the south of China and specializes in promotions and events. Founded in 1989, O&R, based in Beijing, offers PR, advertising and interactive agency services. O&R has branches in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chuangchun and Jingdezhen and clients in variety of consumer businesses including finance, automotive and sports equipment. Among them are German automotive brands, Audi, VW and Mercedes; China Construction Bank; 361 Sportswear, China\u2019s third largest sportswear brand; and South Beauty & Lan Club, China\u2019s largest restaurant chain.<\/p>\n

The agency becomes part of ICOM\u2019s Asia-Pacific region, comprised of members in nine countries.<\/p>\n
