The agency is led by Founder-Director Gabriela Molina Randel, whose vision is to create a specialty agency internationally recognized for innovative creative solutions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The agency plans and implements brand strategies and tactics so that customers and prospects recognize a brand and associate it with positive experiences and keep it top of mind. \u201cA brand does not just sell products or services,\u201d said Ms. Molina. \u201cIt sells unique experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The agency\u2019s key clients are Banco Promerica, financial services provider, and Office Depot office supplies.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">With its ICOM partner agencies, BCG will team to help grow brands looking to market in Costa Rica.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">ICOM Managing Director Gary Burandt said BCG is a welcome new member to the ICOM network. The agency becomes the ninth member of ICOM\u2019s Latin American region.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">ICOM \u00a0is the world\u2019s largest independent network of advertising and marketing communications agencies composed of more than 100 agencies in more than 60 countries and offers the broadest geographic coverage.
