This year\u2019s awards gala took place over two days in the form of a virtual conference. During this event a combination of global industry experts, brands and agencies presented the learnings and strategies that made their winning campaigns effective.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration did not end there, with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rethinkcanada.com\/work\/ikea\/2019\/digital-social\/late-night\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IKEA Bedtime campaign<\/a>\u00a0(gold winner in media idea) also awarded the Grand Prix.<\/p>\n<p>Rethink\u2019s work picked up three bronzes, three silvers and a gold Effie.
