The ICOM agency is tasked for a firm period of two years to ensure the competitiveness of the scheme in attracting talent to join the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).<\/p>\n<p>This appointment comes hot on the heels of another win for the team: the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). The agency is tasked to conceptualise and execute integrated communications campaigns for the MPA\u2019s two annual landmark events, Singapore Maritime Week 2019 and Maritime Singapore 2019.<\/p>\n<p>These wins were issued under the Whole of Government framework agreement.
