Brighton Agency has been awarded a\u00a02018 Top Workplaces honor<\/a>\u00a0by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.<\/p>\n

\u201cTop Workplaces is more than just recognition,\u201d said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. \u201cOur research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brighton employees nominated their company for the award for many reasons, ranging from the professional development opportunities it offers to the social events it hosts. Brighton\u2019s unique perks are also appreciated: Birthday PTO, paid sabbaticals for long-term employees, quarterly Bring Your Dog to Work Day to benefit local animal shelters, barbecues during Cardinals day games, summer ice cream truck visits, dry cleaning service, book clubs, movie nights and many more.<\/p>\n
