New recruitments by agencies are on hold. And cost cutting measures to the tune of 20% have begun. The money market is extremely tight. Our Sensex (similar to Dow Jones) has hit all time lows.
The downturn has just begun and its pinching. So far we have not been hit. In recession times, behavior tends to become regressive. It is in times like this we need to be aggressive. And that’s what Triton is planning and implementing through conventional new business and in generating new streams of revenue. We are adding on more responsibility to our staff and keeping the mood upbeat with an eagle eye on expenses. Most importantly we are holding on to our current business very tightly.
