Diccicco Battista Communications Adds Agency Partners Tim Cifelli and Sean Donahue
Diccicco Battista Communications recently announced that Tim Cifelli and Sean Donahue have become shareholders and partners in the Philadelphia-area based agency. According to agency president, Mike Diccicco, their new positions further strengthen the company’s leadership, marking a new era in the 40+-year history of Diccicco Battista Communications.
Diccicco Battista began as a design shop in the late 1960s and grew into one of the Philadelphia region’s most respected and successful full-service agencies, serving some of the nation’s most recognizable brands, under the leadership of Diccicco and partner Richard Battista.
“Both Tim and Sean have been key contributors to the agency over the past several years,” said Diccicco. “With their help, I am more convinced than ever of the increased opportunity for success we have in front of us. It’s a pleasure to welcome them both as new shareholders of Diccicco Battista.”
Cifelli, SVP and General Manager of Public Relations, came to the agency in 2006. He has been an integral part of the firm’s new business efforts, significantly growing the agency’s client base across all divisions. He currently sits on the board of directors of Mission Kids, an anti-child abuse advocacy organization, and is a member of the PRSA’s agency leadership council.
Donahue, SVP and Creative Director, joined the firm in 2008. He quickly drove the development of the agency’s culture and overall personality in the marketplace, and is also key in bringing and winning new business. Donahue is an award-winning designer, art director and creative director.
