Brighton’s challenge for Ambetter, a relatively new brand in the health insurance marketplace, was to differentiate the company within the category and double membership for 2016. The agency started with the insight that buying health insurance can be time-consuming, complicated and frustrating for many consumers, but that the right health insurance plan can provide more than just peace of mind. The campaign shows how having health insurance has a positive impact on a person’s life in small and large ways. For Ambetter, the impact was even bigger—surpassing its goal and ultimately tripling Ambetter membership in 2016.
