Marketing today for Kati is not about ads. It's about a complex field with lots of opportunities and choices to make. With the Avalon team, she wants to help clients find their strengths, define core target groups and marketing personas, develop effective messaging and concepts. These help make the choices and work in a coherent way to build the right kind of brand awareness and the optimal media mix through the whole customer journey at all relevant touchpoints.

Avalon is all about customer experience marketing, working with analytics, data and IT-systems but always keeping in mind that the brand story plays a strong role. During the customer journey, the customer must be gently but effectively led to the client’s goal with smart and creative ways of communicating. 

Kati has broad agency experience including in agency management, project and account management, strategic and concept planning, team leadership and new business development. She also facilitates workshops with client management teams, developing the customer promise, USP and ideal brand profile together. Before Avalon, Kati worked at McCann Worldwide, several local agencies and as a marketing and product manager. She places high value on continuous development of both personal and organization skills and  is a member of Board Professionals BPF Finland.
