DNA - Seattle, Washington, USA
A key contributor to the agency’s brand planning and development work, Dan has an intuitive talent for finding a needle of truth within a haystack of information—and helping creative teams turn these into surprising, engaging and compelling campaigns. Dan’s work has been honored by CA, the One Show, the ADDY Awards, the Art Directors Club and other major shows.
After working nearly ten years as a writer in various Seattle agencies, Dan founded McMath & Gross at the tender age of 30. The firm grew quickly, becoming a 25-person, full-service agency within two years. Attracted by integrated work for Cellular One, Key Bank and other clients, Herring/Newman acquired the agency in 1993. Dan received his B.A. from Washington State University.
