Management Structure Ten-person Board of Directors:

 

  • Eight volunteer members, who are principals at their agencies, two from each region. They serve for two years.

The Board elects one member as President from among volunteer members for a two-year term.

 

History

  • Founded National Federation of Advertising Agencies in 1950.
  • Became International Federation of Advertising Agencies in 1980.
  • Renamed ICOM in 1998 to reflect an expanded range of capabilities.
